Pickup

Pick up for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay and Falmouth region, as well as from some Villas and AirBNBs. You will receive your pick-up time via email or telephone after you've completed your booking.

Drop Off

All guests are returned to their original point of pick up after each tour.

Things To Bring

  • Bring:  Closed-toe shoes, change of clothes, towel and sunscreen, as well as cash or credit card for gifts, souvenirs and snacks.

  • Good Hope is a nature-adventure park; some activities are at guests’ leisure (check for activity departure times)
  • Some activities are not guided
  • Zipline – Minimum age 6 yrs / Maximum weight 265 lbs / closed-toe shoes required
  • River Tubing – Minimum age 6 yrs / Maximum weight 275 lbs
  • E-bikes - Maximum weight 265 lbs / Minimum Height 5 ft. / Minimum age is 10 years with parent supverision / closed-toe shoes required
  • Appleton Rum Tasting – Minimum age 18 yrs
  • Waterslide – Minimum height 4 ft
  • River flow is seasonal.
  • Lockers are available for rental.
  • Park may be crowded during peak times.
  • Souvenirs & photos are available for sale.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation made at least three (3) calendar days in advance of the scheduled tour departure time, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Chukka Caribbean Adventures within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
